Mike Mandich runs the day-to-day operations at BOSS. He helps build the team at BOSS through training and new vendor partnerships. Mike also focuses on maintaining existing partnerships. With nearly 3 decades of experience in office equipment sales, Mike is uniquely qualified for this role. He puts a special emphasis on creating long-term relationships that are good for both customers and for BOSS. That attitude is encouraged at employee-owned BOSS, which is known for its family atmosphere. “We are large enough to compete in the marketplace, but small enough to still care about our customers and employees.” Mike is married to his high school sweetheart and has 3 children. He is an avid hunter, fisherman, and boater who enjoys spending time with his family.
Ame Rievert, Office Manager

If you’ve called BOSS Business Solutions, you’ve probably talked to Ame Rievert, our Office Manager. She answers phones, directs calls, orders and ships supplies, dispatches service calls, creates sales and purchase orders, and maintains the main office. Ame knows what she’s doing. She has more than 25 years of customer service and management experience. Ame enjoys that working at BOSS allows her to help customers resolve their copy, print, and fax issues. She also appreciates the team atmosphere at the employee-owned company. “Our team goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of and appreciated in all aspects inside and outside of our jobs.” Ame is married with 2 children and enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with family.

Eric Boyle, Sales Manager

If you work on the Eastern side of Michigan, then Eric Boyle is your source for learning how to maximize the efficiency of your office machines. Eric works with customers throughout the Great Lakes Bay and Thumb regions. He has over a decade of experience in account management, sales, and the office equipment industry. He helps BOSS customers capitalize on the complex features of today’s technology. In addition, Eric trains our new sales consultants, helping them set goals and learn about the equipment. “I am privileged to be a part of BOSS. The senior leadership here encourages new ideas and concepts. The thing I enjoy most at BOSS is the flexibility to put the customer first without the red tape. Everyone understands that the customer’s needs come first.” He is married to Brooke and has two children, Easton and Boston. In his free time, he plays hockey and does home construction.
Bob Kelsch, Service Manager West

You’ll meet Bob Kelsch after the sale. He helps with the set-up, delivery, installation, and service of equipment in West Michigan. Bob has 30 years of experience in the office equipment industry, making him familiar with many makes and models. He knows how to find the solutions to your workflow concerns and needs. Bob loves that BOSS Business Solutions gives him the flexibility to do what he needs to do in order to solve problems for customers. Bob is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and is active in the veteran community. He also enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling.
Scott Kelley, Service Manager East

If you work on the Eastern side of Michigan, then Scott Kelley is your contact for BOSS. He helps with training, machine set-up and service after the sale. Scott knows his job well as a result of 25 years of experience servicing copiers, printers, and fax machines. By far, BOSS is his favorite workplace. “I never dread a Monday here at BOSS. It’s a great place to work.” Scott is a U.S. Army veteran who served in the Gulf War and earned a degree in digital electronics. He is married with 1 daughter and a cat.

Mike Whyte does a bit of everything at BOSS. He facilitates BOSS Solutions offerings, manages e-automate, FM Audit and KFS Remote Services. He is integral in hiring and training of both sales and service employees. Mike also manages Major Accounts in the Central Michigan area. He has more than 20 years of office equipment industry experience, making him the go-to expert for making your workplace more efficient. Mike says BOSS is the best place he’s ever worked. The team enjoys spending time together and has fun working with customers, making the workday a joy. He appreciates that BOSS calls customers by their names, not by account numbers. He is married with 3 children and spends his free time in 4-H activities, gardening, camping, and golfing.
